FDG was retained to facilitate the development approvals for a 420k sf industrial and commercial condo project. The project is split into a 200k sf, 40’ clear, 34 dock, 4-unit industrial building; a 155k sf, 14-unit (with individual bay), 28’ clear, subdivided, industrial condo; and a 65k sf, 19-unit (with individual light bay), 24’ clear commercial condo.
